महत्वपूर्ण सूचना: उम्मीदवार का केवल चयन के लिए सिस्टम द्वारा जनरेटेड SMS प्राप्त होता है। किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार संबंधित प्राधिकरण के माध्यम से ही किया जाता है। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपने रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर और मोबाइल नंबर को गोपनीय रखें।
Important Notice: IGI Aero Services does not make any phone calls/SMS to candidates for depositing money. Selected candidates receive system-generated SMS only. Candidates are advised to keep their Registration Number and Mobile Number confidential and beware of fraud calls.
दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन सूचना: सभी उम्मीदवारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के दौरान मूल दस्तावेज़ और उनकी स्व-प्रमाणित प्रतियां लाना अनिवार्य है। अधूरे दस्तावेज़ों वाले उम्मीदवारों को सत्यापन प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
Document Verification Notice: All candidates are informed that bringing original documents and their self-attested copies is mandatory during document verification. Candidates with incomplete documents will not be allowed to participate in the verification process.
परीक्षा केंद्र सूचना: परीक्षा केंद्रों का आवंटन पूरी तरह से प्रशासन के विवेक पर है। उम्मीदवारों से अनुरोध है कि वे परीक्षा तिथि से कम से कम 2 दिन पहले अपना एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड कर लें। परीक्षा केंद्र में परिवर्तन के अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगी।
Examination Center Notice: Allocation of examination centers is solely at the discretion of the administration. Candidates are requested to download their admit card at least 2 days before the examination date. Requests for change in examination center will not be entertained.
शुल्क वापसी नीति: किसी भी परिस्थिति में आवेदन शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि आवेदन करने से पहले सभी पात्रता मानदंडों को ध्यान से पढ़ें। एक बार भुगतान किया गया शुल्क किसी भी कारण से वापस या समायोजित नहीं किया जा सकता।
Fee Refund Policy: Application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to carefully read all eligibility criteria before applying. Once paid, the fee cannot be refunded or adjusted for any reason.
चिकित्सा जांच सूचना: सभी चयनित उम्मीदवारों को अनिवार्य चिकित्सा जांच से गुजरना होगा। चिकित्सा जांच में असफल पाए गए उम्मीदवारों की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपनी स्वास्थ्य स्थिति सुनिश्चित करें।
Medical Examination Notice: All selected candidates must undergo mandatory medical examination. Candidates found unfit in medical examination will have their candidature cancelled. Candidates are advised to ensure their health condition meets the required standards.
